Dear Lincoln Families!
Although  it is my favorite classroom statement, that Music is the discipline  where you learn by class participation, there is  a rare cases where Music Homework involved.
Usually it happens when we work on a concept that has an  interdisciplinary  connection (Social studies/ Math/ ELA/ Science) and these homework assignments supported by classroom teachers with reduced homework load from  them at those times.
I constantly search for the ways to broaden horizons for my students and love these hands -on and game based assignments that awaken children's curiosity, and supply a necessary amount of knowledge in a fun and engaging way.
Also I always love  to  hear about family concert attendance, new music book devoured at home( and shared at class) and other  new music experiences initiated by parents.
