The 8th Grade Team's Late Work Policy:
The eighth grade team’s late work policy allows for late work to be turned in for credit only by the end of that calendar week. If a child misses an assignment on Monday, they will be allowed to turn it in by that Friday, four days later. If a student misses an assignment on a Thursday, they will be allowed to turn it in by that Friday, the next day. Exceptions will be made for absences based on the rules in the student handbook. Work of greater importance (such as projects or research papers) may be given more time at the discretion of the teacher. |
