1 pair of children's gardening gloves
        #2 pencils
 	Glue sticks (lots!)
 	Mead Composition book
 	1 horizontal-pocket folder for notices and homework (bring 1st  
        day of school)
 	Hand wipes
        A clean old sock to be used as an eraser

 	Index cards (to make flash cards for math facts/sight words)
 	Crayons or colored pencils
 	Tape measure with inches AND centimeters
 	Dice
 	Addition/subtraction flash cards
