Homework

You should expect your child to have homework every Monday through Thursday
night unless the copy machine is down. Please monitor the work for
neatness. It would be helpful if you have a homework box full of materials
needed to do homework: pencils, crayons, colored pencils, markers, small
pencil sharpener, scissors, glue stick and erasers.

If your child struggles with a particular paper or if it's taking more than
thirty minutes stop them and make a note of the problem on the homework.

Help teach responsibility to your child by having THEM put the homework into
their red folder and then into their backpack.

Homework needs to be returned the next day unless noted. If your child
forgets to bring homework home here is a schedule of something you could
practice and return the next day.

Mondays Handwriting

Tuesdays Math

Wednesdays Language Arts/ Science/Social Studies

Thursdays Book reviews

Fridays No Homework Enjoy the weekend!

**Tuesdays and Wednesdays may flip flop depending on current curriculum
