A Robert Frost Evening in Marblehead!  Saturday, October 18 at 7:30PM at the Hooper Mansion ~ Presented by Stephen Collins

Collins, who previously performed at MAA as Walt Whitman, presents an interactive lecture and performance of Robert Frost.  A short biographical introduction will be followed by a reading and discussion of the following poems:  The Tuft Flowers, Mending Wall, Birches, After Apple Picking, Desert Places and Acquainted with the Night.  The evening will end with a dramatic reading of "The Death of the Hired Man".

Stephen Collins, critically acclaimed for his portrayal of Whitman, has presented his work at colleges, universities, and historical societies.  He also teaches poetry and gives guided historic tours of Boston and the Robert Frost farm in Derry, N.H.

Join for us for an informative and entertaining event: "An Evening of Robert Frost."  Tickets: Members $12, Non-members, $15.  All Students, $10  For reservations:  Call MAA, 781-631-2608.
