Dear Preschool Families,    

      During the month of December, the preschoolers will be learning about the holidays celebrated in various cultures. 
They will also be exploring the five senses.  Please check your monthly calendar for daily events.
     We appreciate your very generous contributions for the Gifts for Kids Program.   Maureen, Sara and I will be purchasing clothes and toys for little Amelia on Wednesday, December 9th, so please try to send in your money by that date.
Any additional money we collect will go directly to the Gifts for Kids Program.
     Special thanks also for the classroom supplies that you have graciously donated. They have come in very handy during this cold and flu season.
     Winter parties will be held on Tuesday, December 22 and Wednesday, December 23.  There is a sign-up sheet for party goodies.  If you would like to volunteer as a classroom helper that day, please let me know.
      Integrated Preschool Lottery for incoming 3 year olds will take place in our room on Monday, December 21.
      There will be another H1N1 Intranasal Flu Clinic for all elementary students in the Memorial School cafeteria on Wednesday, December 9th from 3-6 p.m.  Preschoolers are being scheduled from 3-3:30.
      Our preschool team wishes all of you a happy holiday season with your family and friends.
