Mrs. Baun graduated from Slippery Rock University with a B.S. in elementary
and special education. She started her teaching career in fourth grade with
science and social study units in muti-age groups containing 4th, 5th, and
6th graders. Through the years, she has taught children from Kindergarten to
sixth graders. She completed her master's degree in educational management
from Lesley College. She has taught in self-contained classrooms and team taught
in open classroom situations.
Mrs. Baun lives in Manchester with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys
reading, snorkeling, boating, and playing with her dog.
Our class mission is to become independent, motivated learners. By using a
sense of humor and respect for each other, we will enjoy our travels through
this fourth grade year.
