This is where you will find challenge assignments which are similar to
extra credit, but are actually separate assignments you can do to further
your knowledge of science. Don't count on them to improve your grade unless
you do very well on them. Poor work is poor work, no matter what. These
assignments don't just add points onto other assignments or improve other
assignments; they stand alone.
