In section 8, you should change the subject to the plural, match the verb conjugation with your new subject, and also change possessive adjectives to match the new subjects of your sentences. Due Friday, Dec. 4: Using the chapter 8 vocabulary list, make flash cards of the final 16 words on the left column. Put your initials on the French side of the flash cards. Due Monday, Dec. 7: Using the chapter 8 vocabulary list, complete crossword puzzle chapter 8, les mots 1 (see homework to print). QUIZ on Tuesday, Dec. 8. Study pages 260 and 261 in Grade 8 Textbook AND be able to conjugate a regular -ir verb. Due Wednesday, Dec. 9: complete worksheet page 4, -ir verbs. Use the handout on -ir verbs. Be able to translate the sentences. This will be graded. Due Friday, Dec. 11: make flashcards of Chapter 8 vocabulary words from the list. Start with le couloir (top word on right column) and end with remplir. Make one card for le steward and a different card for l'hotesse de l'air. The total will be 16 flashcards. Study them! Due Monday, Dec. 14: Worksheet page 80. Entire sheet. Use book pages 264 and 265 to complete the worksheet. Due Tuesday, Dec. 15: There is a quiz on les mots 2 (pages 264 and 265 on Tuesday. STUDY. Due Wednesday, Dec. 16: Worksheet page 83. Sections 12 and 13 only. Section 12, change the subject (whoever is performing the action) to the singular, then change the verb form to agree with your new subject. Section 13: personal answers to the question, Do you go out during the week? Which day? When during the weekend do you go out? When you go out, who do you go with....? Due Friday, Dec. 18: Write 3 sentences using irregular =ir verbs (dormir, servir, sortir, partir). Use a different subject and verb in each sentence. Due Monday, Dec.21: Worksheet page 82, entire sheet. See page 270 in the book AND your chapter 7 vocabulary list to help complete this sheet.
