Re-Writes
All students are allowed to re-write written assignments!
In Order to re-write an assignment the student MUST:
1. Sign up and go to peer-2-peer (if you do not show up you do not get a second chance)
2. Bring all copies of the writing and the rubric to peer-2-peer
3. hand in your re-write one week after you go to peer-2-peer
4. hand in all drafts, copies, and the rubirc to the teacher with the new copy
All Students are required to keep a language arts notebook with 4 or 5 sections:
1. Important Papers
2. grammar
3. Writing
4. Reading
5. Poetry
What we went over on the first day of school:
All Students are required to have a free reading book by the second week of school
The Agenda and Objectives are listed on my blackboard each day and are on my webpage each day
The homework is listed on my whiteboard each day and is listed on my webpage as well
My webpage is a great resource to use
If you sign an independent reading book out of my classroom you must return it after four weeks. If you do not return it you will be required to pay an $11 fee
