Can you believe it?  Thanksgiving is behind us and December has arrived!  There are only eighteen days of school left in 2009 and we have so much to accomplish!  I hope you are rejuvenated from five days of relaxing with family and friends, and you are ready to make the most of the next 3 ½ weeks.

     Our focus this week will be on our mystery projects.  The handwritten organizer for your independent reading magnifying glass project is due Tuesday.  You should have a document set up at home or on a flash drive for the circles you will need.  In addition, you should be finishing up the organizers for your mystery story.  Do not procrastinate!  FYI:  You must have an independent reading book with you every day.  It can be the genre of your choice.  We will not start another genre study until January.
