Wow!  I cannot believe that I had to miss four days with you last week due to bronchitis and flu-like symptoms.  Mr. O’Connor did a great job holding down the fort, and I was thrilled to hear from him that you are “all great kids.”  (Of course, I already knew this, but I still let Mr. O’Connor brag about you.)

This week we will continue with mysteries.  Many of you typed up some, or even all, of your fantasy assignments Friday in the library. We are in the library again on Tuesday, so you will be able to finish up final copies.  In the library, you will also type up a Veterans’ Day poem using an interactive website. (FYI: Being in the computer lab is a privilege.  For those of you whose behavior was not appropriate on Friday, one “strike” on Tuesday and you will lose your computer privileges.  All typing will then need to be done for homework.)
