7th and 8th grade students have their Floor Hockey portfolios due January
22nd. Please make sure to hand in all parts of the project. The order of
assignments is on the cover page and if you have lost your assignment please
visit the downloadables section on our webpage.

The last page of the syllabus ("student information sheet") must be filled
out and signed by the student. The form must be turned in to their physical
education teacher during the week of Sept. 14th - 18th. It counts as a
homework grade.
