Hello, my name is Lynn Jordan. I am excited to start my fifth year of
employment at Naquag Elementary. I will be teaching my third year of second
grade. Prior to that, I worked in the Special Education Department.
I am proud to be an employee, parent and resident of this community! I
appreciate the available resources and the caring community members.
In my classroom, I believe the basic factors that are conducive to
establishing a learning environment are as follows:
Establishing mutual respect and good social skills.
Providing a safe and supportive environment.
Allowing students to freely express their own ideas and thoughts.
Developing a learning pace for each individual student.
I believe good student-teacher relationships and better parent-community
connections strengthen our students' desire for learning.
I welcome and invite parents and community members into my classroom.
