As we work our way through another wonderful year with the K-2 students at
Naquag, I can see great progress in concept understanding and skill growth.
After a successful and fun fall Second Grade Chorus season, which culminated
in the Holiday Concert, the blend and pitch accuracy throughout the Grade 2
classes has truely improved and come together. Through the winter months we
continue to study the elements of music, such as rhythym, melody, pitch,
form, to name a few, through singing, instrument play, dance, movement,
dramatic play and more.
