Typically, homework is assigned Monday through Thursday nights. Weekend
homework will be necessary if there are any overdue assignments, or
if class work is not being completed in a timely manner. Although nightly
assignments change from day to day, students can expect a minimum of one un-
interrupted hour of homework; this may include time for studying, reading a
just-right book, or journal writing. Long-term projects and papers may
carry over to the weekends. Fewer homework assignments will be given on
evenings before the MCAS.
Parents, please read over your child's agenda book every evening to ensure
that his or her assignments are complete. Also, be sure to ask your child
for any notices that may have been issued at school.
