The most important thing I want you to know: I love to teach, and look
forward to coming to school each day to teach your children.
My practice reflects a strong background in literacy, human development, and
special needs. I foster tolerance, and am especially attuned to
the immigrant experience, having grown up with immigrant grandparents.
My husband and I have two sons. The eldest graduated May 16 from Worcester
Polytechnic Institute. His brother is a freshman at Merrimack College.
MY UNDERLYING PHILOSOPHY:
Children succeed when they are in a nurturing, friendly environment.
Each child brings unique strengths and needs to the classroom. I have high
expectations for each child, and strive to differentiate instruction so that
each may succeed.
Every human being has the potential to enhance the talents they've been born
with. As a teacher, I try to understand each child and work to his or her
strengths.
