MCAS testing is completed!
The third and fourth grade students will be performing
in a Memorial Day Concert on Friday, May 24th at 10 am.
Family and friends are welcome to attend!
Mrs. Murray and I will be benchmarking the students reading levels
during the weeks of May 20th and 28th.
The students will also be taking their end of year MAP testing.
Reading will be on Wednesday, May 29th.
Math will be on Monday, June 3rd.
With the end of the year approaching
we will also be going on a few local field trips.
May 30th - Gus Reusch speaking about John Greenleaf Whittier at PLS
June 3rd - John Greenleaf Whittier's Birthplace
June 4th - Buttonwoods
June 17th - Walking field trip to Winnekenni Castle
The cost for all the field trips total is $10.
Permission slips will be going home soon.
Our school year is quickly winding down.
The last day is Wednesday, June 19th and it will be a half day.
Each morning we try to watch a song to encourage us
to do our best throughout the day and never give up.
