When is your department night?

Department night is every Wednesday.  However, if your child 
needs extra help and Wednesday doesn't 
work, they should check my schedule board.  If a day has a smiley 
under it, then I am available if they 
report within fifteen minutes after final bell.  If it has a 
frown, then I will be leaving right after school.

What happens if we need to contact you after school hours?

Parents- please email me at school.  This is the best way for you 
to contact me.  Students- if you are 
struggling with your homework or need to ask me a question, email 
me at 
englishfanatic@gmail.com.  This is strictly for homework  help, 
but I am more likely to see this one at 
home.  Don't wait 'til the last minute though, as you can never 
be certain I will get it in time!!!

What if we can't buy the supplies you require?

If you have difficulties buying something, let me know. I always 
have extras.

Do you accept late assignments?

Please see the grading policies worksheet passed out on the first 
day.  If a student can't complete an 
assignment because they did not understand it, then they will 
need to stay after for help in order to get 
full credit.  Otherwise, they will be marked late.

Do you offer retakes of tests and quizzes?

If a student feels they need to bring a grade up on a test or 
quiz, they may retake it and the two grades will be averaged 
together.  Only one retake per quiz or test will be permitted.
