Hello All,
I hope everyone is having a fun and relaxing holiday season so far. This week
is the beginning of our Anne Frank/Holocaust Unit. We're doing pre-reading
activities all week in order to give all of you some background information
and prepare you for the reading.
Next week, we'll actually begin reading the play in class and we'll start
talking about the research paper. It's going to be a long process, and I'm
not prepared to give out any due dates yet, but I'll keep you posted.
Thanks. Please come talk to me if you have any questions or concerns about
this unit. I know that it's a difficult topic to deal with, and I want
everyone to feel as safe and comfortable as possible as we tackle the issues
and tragedies of the Holocaust.
