Mr. Parisi has been teaching Physical Education for 8 years. He has taught
at Rockport for 8 years. Mr. Parisi earned his degree from Salem State
College. Mr. Parisi also coaches varsity baseball.
The Physical Education Department has a mission to "Energize and Educate
Students for Healthy Lifestyles." This is done using the following belief
statements:
* Physical education will challenge students, not
categorize them.
* Physical education will strengthen the self-concept of
each individual
* Physical Education is a lifelong process
* The Physical education department will make sure every effort is made to
help students develop a healthy body that is well coordinated with the
strength and endurance needed to maintain a quality lifestyle
