Message from the Superintendent
Welcome to the Rockport Public Schools website. We hope this site will serve as another means to improve communications with our parents, students, staff, the community and visitors. The Rockport Public School website offers information in a variety of areas in an easy to navigate format. Each of the schools has its own link as well as the Special Education department to provide parents and students with specific information about each school or department. There is a special link to Rockport Public School Resources that should help staff, parents and students with their everyday activities. A new addition to the website is the Events Calendar which allows everyone to view the activities and the locations that have been booked through the Central Office. If you are planning an event, this feature allows you to see when and where other events have been planned. There is a link to the School Committee that lists all the School Committee members, agendas and minutes of meetings, as well as other reports and documents. There are also links, through the Organizations, to the Education Foundation and the PTO. Job openings can be found on a separate link on the homepage. There are many other links and valuable information about our school system available to all. We encourage you to explore the various links and get to know more about the Rockport Public Schools.
