2013 ROCKPORT COMMUNITY SCHOOLS WINTER PROGRAM BEGINS

 YOGA

Janet Green Garrison                                                                                                                $96/person

Yoga brings the body, mind, and breath together in natural harmony.  This is an all-level yoga class for adults of all ages.  Regular yoga practice helps manage anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, depression, and stress.  It also improves concentration, boosts self-esteem, improves muscle tone, flexibility, strength, and stamina and creates a sense of well being and calm.  Nurture this harmony in Janet’s popular class.

Thursdays, 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. in MS / HS Library

8 weeks:  January 10th – March 7th
