Online Tracking System


All requests for technical support must be entered through our online 
tracking system as opposed to verbal, email or written requests.  If your 
computer cannot connect to the online help desk, please find another nearby 
computer that you can submit your inquiry from.  We encourage all users to
try restarting your computer (and/or printer if it is a printing problem) and 
see if the solution to your problem is already documented in our 
FAQ/Tutorials before submitting a request to our tech support team. Due to 
the lack of resources and high demand for technical support, there may be a 
waiting period for requests that require on-site support.
