Welcome to the fifth grade and 5A! In this section of our website you will
find information about upcoming events.
AUGUST MAILING:
Look for a letter from me at the end of August. Your mailing will
include notes to parents and students and a supply list.
SEPTEMBER CONFERENCES: (optional)
There will be a sign up list next to our classroom door on the first day of
school. These meetings will be brief, 15 minutes at most, and are designed to
give you the opportunity to share information about your child. If you prefer
to write a letter instead, you may send it to me before school begins or give
it to me once school starts.
SUPPLIES:
I will include a copy of the fifth grade supply list in your summer mailing.
I will go over the supply list with the children on the first day of school.
PARENT BREAKFST:
On Thursday, October 2ns, 5A will have a parent breakfast at 7:45 in the
morning. After the children show you around the room, the students will be
excused and I will provide parents with an overview of fifth grade.
