Pico Fermi Bagel is a logic game where the object is for you to
guess a two digit (10-99) or three digit (100-999) number based
on clues given from previous guesses. The clues are Pico, Fermi.
and Bagel.
Bagel means there is no correct digit, Pico means that there is a
correct digit but in the wrong place, and Fermi means that there
is a correct digit in the correct place.
