Introducing Extended Studies!

The Boxford School Committee is pleased to announce a new initiative:

Extended Studies for Advanced Learners Pilot Program

at Spofford Pond School.


The goal of the Extended Studies Pilot Program (ESP) is to meet the unique needs of advanced learners to help them to realize their intellectual, creative and academic potential.

 Advanced learners consistently demonstrate high ability, creativity, and task commitment in regular educational settings and benefit from challenging, enriched learning opportunities with a group of their peers.

 These opportunities provide students a curriculum that goes beyond the instruction they receive in standards-based, grade level subjects in regular classroom settings.
