About The Teacher
I have taught sixth grade for a number of years and it has been interesting to see the program change. World Cultures is an amazing area of study and it is my hope that the students in my classes will be as excited about the material as i am.

Mission
Our goal is to master the material in the grade 6 curriculum and make a successful transition to middle school. It is my hope that students will develop an affection for social studies, an interest in maps of all kinds and an enthusiasm about the world in which they live. Good citizens of the future know where they are in the world and what is going on elsewhere.
