Identify action verbs, being verbs, helping verbs *Check your homework folder for the helping verb color wheel worksheet. You should study these helping verbs. 2. Identify past, present, and future tenses 3. Choose the correct form of irregular verbs when used in the present, past, or with a helping verb (past) 4. Choose the correct subject/verb agreement form. For example: Boys run while playing football; not boys runs while playing football.
