collected in the morning. Please get your quizzes and/or Current Events
signed if need be...by tomorrow! Begin researching a topic for your project.
There are many books in my room to look at that can be helpful.

Social Studies Grade 7: Current Events due Monday.
Open Book Matching/Multiple Choice test Monday. Choose 2 questions (due
Monday) to write 5 paragraph essays on each. We have gone over these
questions in class previously. You may use your books, but you must write
these on your own.
What are the 3 categories of Americans' rights? Name and describe a
Constitutional amendment that falls under each category.
Name and describe 3 of the major priciples included in the Constitution.
Name and describe the 3 branches of government. Include the main goals of
each branch.
Social Studies Grade 8: Guided Reading worksheet 19-4 due Tuesday. We will
be researching topics for your invention timelines on Monday. Be thinking
about it. Bring in any books that may be helpful in this process.
Language Arts: Vocabulary Lesson 8 will be due the Tuesday after vacation
with the Lesson 8 quiz that Thursday.

Social Studies Grade 8: Guided Reading sheet 19-3 (818) and the top of
Reteaching sheet. You do not have to do the essays at the bottom. Quiz 19-3
tomorrow. Please read the project packet over tonight.
Language Arts: Grammar Exercises: p. 216-217 Ex. 15, 16, 17. Vocabulary
Lesson 8 will be due Tuesday after vacation with the lesson 8 quiz on

Social Studies Grade 7: Current Events due Monday. Due Wed: Finish reading
lesson 3 pp.228-230 if you did not finish in class. Answer questions #2-5 on
p. 230.
Language Arts: Work on your letters :) 818 will be typing in the lab at
11:00. 815 will go another time. 818 will have Lit. at 10:20 then go to the
lab to type. 815 will have SS at 10:20, then Lit. at 11:00 tomorrow. This is
a change n yourschedule for tomorrow.
Skating slips and money is now late! There are 3 students in 818 who still
need to bring it in to school! Thank you for all the support today with the
raffle and bake sale! I know it was chaotic, but all for a good purpose! You
