POLICY ON EXTENDED DAY
Extended Day begins at 7:00am to 8:00am from 2:30 pm to 5:30pm. Extended Day
remains at $3:00 per hour. In reviewing other Extended Day policies the
following will be implemented for collection purposes: All Extended Day
bills will be sent out on Thursday and must be paid on the following Monday.
If the Extended Day bill is NOT paid your child will not be able to stay for
extended day. The Extended Day is a service that is available to all
families.
IF A STUDENT RECEIVES A DETENTION ON THE DAY THAT THEY SERVE THE DETENTION
THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO TO EXTENDED DAY. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE TO
PICK-UP THE CHILD AFTER THE DETENTION IS SERVED. THIS IS PART OF THE
PARENT/STUDENT HANDBOOK.
Just as a reminder that Homework Club, and Portugese Club are
part of the Extended Day program.
