Dear Parents,  Wow, the year is really winding down! We have so much planned in the coming 2 weeks. The children are preparing for the end of the year celebration. Next week, we will start making our T-shirts and today we started singing with our friends in Mrs. McKenna's class. Next Thursday, May 31, we are celebrating our friend's birthdays that are in the summer. If your child has a birthday in the summer, I will send you an email and we can coordinate the party food, paper plates, cups, and drinks.  The children will not need to bring a morning snack on Thursday. On Friday, June 1, our Show and Tell, is for the letter Zz. Please help your child make or bring something to school that starts with the letter Zz. We will have a walking field trip with Mrs. McKenna's Class to Pope Park  and Acushnet Creamery on Tuesday, June 5, with a raindate on Wednesday, June 6. Please send in your child with $2.00 for a kiddie size ice cream. I will take the children's flavor ahead of time.  Also, I  will be sending out a sign up sheet for coffee, munchkins, and muffins for our celebration on June 7. Please remember Thursday, June 7 is our last day of school and is a half-day with dismissal at 11:00 Thank you for all your support.   I hope you all have a great weekend.
