This year the Streiber School Helpful Reader Club raised enough money for the
Heifer Project to purchase one sheep, and flocks of chicks, ducks and
rabbits. Hayley Boisjolie, Morgan Davis, Zachary Jagla, Emily Morris, Ramon
Ramos and Jacob Winters gathered pledges for books read and collected money
from Streiber students and staff. Their good work has a double benefit: the
students enjoyed their reading, and somewhere in the world communities will
continue to benefit from the gifts of livestock. Well done, Helpful Readers!
