| As we end the year I want to thank all of our parents for being
incredibly generous with supplies we needed not only for our work, but also
to keep our room a bit cleaner. I can not thank you enough for your
support. During our last few weeks, I want to thank the Nestor family for
donating our collection of 35 chicken and duck eggs that we are watching
come into the world in our own classroom. They supplied the eggs,
incubator, brooder, shavings and food which helped provide an experience
none of us will ever forget. If you have a moment, check out our pictures
found under the Document/Photo tab. Thank you all for everything you have
done to make the last two years so wonderful with your children. We had a
great time going through third and fourth grade together!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Auciello
We are working diligently on multiplication and now division. It is
critical that they KNOW their basic facts. Please practice EVERY NIGHT for
at least 10 minutes. It will make a difference!
We are now an Open Circle classroom. Hopefully your children are discussing
this new program with you. We will have several Open Circle lesson each
week.
Be sure to check out the new links for math and social studies web sites.
PLEASE REMEMBER: We do have a student with a peanut allergy in the
classroom! Please be sure to keep this in mind whenever any food is sent in
for celebrations, etc.
You will find the weekly vocabulary and spelling lists under the
Homework Tab.
Remember there is a vocabulary quiz each Thursday and spelling on Friday.
