Mrs. Hartman is the Title I Coordinator for the Uxbridge Public Schools.
She works as a reading specialist at Taft Elementary School.
She is working in some of our grade one and grade two classrooms this year.
Her teaching career spans 30 years in grades K-4 at four different schools.
This is her 21st year in Uxbridge.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education
and a Master's degree in Reading.
She has been trained in Reading Recovery which is a specialized
program to help first graders learn to read.
