Mr. Sweeney holds a joint Masters Degree in Library Science and Educational
Technology from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT.
Additionally, he has taken college courses in Computer Networking, PC
Repair, PC Applications, Electronic Illustration (Photoshop, Illustrator),
Color Theory, Multi-Media Web Page Design, Forensic Science, Forensic
Psychology, and has just completed(May, 2008) a course at Assumption
College in "Nutrition". He is, unfortunately, too old to play basketball for
the "Greyhounds", even if his hair qualifies him to be a "greyhound". Also,
he has taken a number of Art classes at the Worcester Art Museum. Mr.
Sweeney is a member of the Reference Department at the Worcester Public
Library and his area of responsibility is the International Languages
Collection.
