*Parents need to purchase the following when you pickup the rental instrument:
> Method Book > $ 8.99 + tax (Mandatory) Drum book ONLY: $ 8.50 + tax
> Folding Music Stand > $ 9.95 + tax (Preferred Option)
> Box of Reeds: Clarinet > $ 14.95 + tax or A.Sax > $20.95 + tax (Mandatory)
> Shoulder Rest Sponges for Violins/Viola's (Mandatory)

**String Rentals: After the initial nine month introductory trial ends,
parents should opt for paying by the MONTH because ALL of the monthly paid
accumulated rental money will be deducted from your childs FULL SIZE
instrument when the time comes.

***Band instrument upgrades: Only ONE YEAR of rental money will be deducted
from an
instrument upgrade. (ex.) Trading an alto sax for a tenor sax. Student model
to an Intermediate.

Loss Damage Waiver Insurance is used:
1) To replace the instrument described herein by an instrument of equal
quality in the event that
the instrument is lost, stolen, or destroyed by fire or other casualty. Loss
or theft must be reported
to Law officials within 24 hours of discovery and a copy of the report given
to Music and Arts.
2) To make adjustments and repairs to keep the instrument in proper playing
condition; and
3) To restore instrument to proper playing condition in the event of major
damage and breakage.
The restoration shall include replacement of parts. If the instrument is
beyond repair, then it will be
replaced by an instrument of equal quality without charge.
This coverage does not include restoration of finish, replacement of
expendable accessories such as
case straps, reeds, oil, swabs or mouthpieces. Music and Arts reserves the
right to refuse to rent
another instrument to a customer whom it deems has mishandled or abused his or
her instrument.

Credit Card Information:
A credit card is required as security to receive an instrument. In an effort
to protect the customer's privacy,
Music and Arts agrees to keep private all information provided on the rental
agreement.
