<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 24pt"><STRONG>Current theory for Home Economics:<BR> </STRONG>The Grade Nine students are working on their Cereal Killers Assignment. Students are designing and creating a healthy cereal. As part of the assignment they are working in their kitchen groups. Students must come up with a name, box design and complete package for the cereal product they create. In addition they are creating a marketing campaign to sell their cereal to class members. <BR> <BR> Grade Ten students are working on their Foods from around the World assignment. Working in their kitchen groups students select a country and research the food from that country selecting a main dish and an entree. They will prepare and present their dishes to the class. The presentation must include Geography, culture and customs of the country in addition to the foods native to that country.</SPAN>
