Garden City Student Fundraisers

A list of individual fundraisers and campaign dates open to all Garden City 
students for the 2009/2010 school year is listed below.  

     Campaign #1    Sept. 11 to Sept. 29    Show& Save Cards

     Campaign #3    Nov. 3 to Nov. 18       Gourmet Kitchen & Bothwell Cheese

Announcements regarding these fundraisers will be made in the daily bulletin 
and the morning announcments.  Listen carefully for the opportunity to 
participate!

      Students who are interested in fundraising should see Mrs Lubkey
              in Rm 209W to get the items/forms or information,
         Music students can also see Mr Corrin, Mrs Brown or Ms Wiebe.     
**For some teams, participation in one or more fundraisers is mandatory
  to cover costs (transportation, equipment, etc), check with your coaches.

 
Any fundraising money remaining in individual accounts of all grade 9 
through 11 students last June have been roled foward and are available for 
student use at the start of the 2009-2010 school year.  Monies remaining in 
last year's Grad Accounts at June 30th became school property.  

Fundraising money can be used towards payment for all school activities/ 
trips, purchasing from the Gopher Hole, ordering team or group clothing and 
Grad activites.  You must see Mrs Lubkey in person to make a payment using 
your fundraising credits.

All students are able to view their own fundraising account totals on-line.  
Select the appropriate grade level and use your personal password.  Students 
who don't have a password or are having difficulty should see Mrs Lubkey. 
Password changes can be done by Mrs Lubkey.  Requests must be made in-
person.  

The fundraising committee meets every year in the last week of June to set 
the fundraising calendar for the next school year.  If you have any 
fundraising ideas for next year, speak with Mrs Lubkey or send her an email 
by clicking on the mailbox in the upper right hand corner of the menu bar.
