Nutty the Squirrel Stories
Nutty's Life!
I think Nutty's ;ole is like running up and down trees. Or trying to get
acorns all day! When I see Nutty running up and down trees I think of him
being scared of something and running away from it. Or I think of him going
yo his home to eat a yummy acorn for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. When I
think of Nutty getting acorns all day I think of himn being a very hungery
squirrel. Or being very greety because he wants to have the most acorns for
the winter. I also think of Nutty on the window cill. When I think of Nutty
on the window cill I think him as a flying squirrel leaping for food on it.
Or I thinkk he wants to see what human beings do in there life. The End!

Nutty the Squirrel
One day I Nutty the squirrel was walking around Mrs.Kohn's classroom, when
right there on the windowsill I saw some nuts! "Oh boy!," said I
(Nutty),"Free food, for me!" So I decided to eat some, but leave the others
to eat another day. I Nutty the squirrel decided not to tell any of my
friends about the nuts, we might run out! So I Nutty the squirrel just went
home. The next day I came back to the window sill."Yea, just were I left
those nuts!" But, then in the window I saw a weird sight: there was an adult
and a bunch of kids in 1 room. Suddenly, 2 boys pointed at me, how rude!
Then, most of the kids started walking, well okay, running towards me! I was
so scared. So, I grabbed a few nuts and ran straight home! I can say that I
will come back. The End!

I think Nutty thinks we are nice to give him nuts. I also think that Nutty
wants to go to school. Nutty might want to listen to a read alou'd about
squirrels that come to a school window sill and eat the nuts there. I like
Nutty, he is small and furry.
I think Nutty likes to play with his friends and eat nuts and asks his mom
if me can come visit us and bring back nuts for his mom and friends. Then
Nutty will go to his nut tree and fall asleep.

Nutty is probably wondering where all the acorns are this year. He probably
lives high in an old oak tree where he had a basically endless supply of
acorns. He probably lived in another tree but moved to around here when the
acorn shortage came because of the hazle nuts on the window sill.

Nutty's Life
I think Nutty is jealous. He's wondering "What are they doing?" and "Will
they let me in?" He'll only stay if we put out more nuts. He lost his first
set of other friends because he needed too much to eat. That was in
Charleston, West Virginia. Then, he found some new buddies, and made the
trip to Potomac! He's been here for most of his childhood, and now he's ten.
Then, he and his friends found the perfect habitat, Bells Mill! He and his
friends gobbled up the nuts, and then they found us! They are jealous. They
want to come in! Here's their scheledule: 7:00am, Wke up, 7:15am, eat a nut,
7:30am, watch the news, 8:00am play any game, 9:00am, hide in tree to avoid
smelling Diesel, 9:15am, watch us, 11:45am, eat a nut, 12:15pm, take a nap,
2:00pm, have a snack (a nut), 2:15pm, watch us play tag, 3:15pm, say silent
goodbye to us, 3:20pm, hide in tree to avoid Diesel, 5:00pm eat a nut,
6:00pm look at veiw from tree, 7:00, bedtine TV show, 8:00, go to bed.

I think Nutty is a really smartv squirrel because he comes to the window
sill and eats the nuts. I can't think of any other squirrel that does that.
I think Nutty is thinking, "Where in the world did all the nuts go!" Also, I
think it would be fun to be a squirrel, you can climb up trees, fly from
branch to branch, and have just plain fun!!

There is a squirrel named Nutty. He loves nuts and is scared just like
scaredy squirrel. He does his route when on day... he spots a very big house
(school). He saw nuts on it but his mother told him not to go there before
she had moved. Now he looked at the nuts and made up his mind that he would
get them now. The class was returning when Susan and Aiden said "Look!" The
squirrel (The one we now call Nutty) was eating the nuts! We came over and
tried to look at him but he ran away. He looked again for more nuts. He was
looking when we were having read aloud but they saw him and tiptoed over and
siad "Hi little fella" or "Hungry?" The teacher decided to have him as a
class pet since he visits and feel like having a class yet. So thats how we
got our pet squirrel Nutty.

Let it snow
If I Were a Snow Flake I... would look around on the ground for fun things
to watch. ONce I found something, I would watch it while I floated down from
the sky!! After I went through the whole water cycle, and I was a snowflake
again, I would do the same thing again!!

When it snows, I like to... go sledding with my neighbors, Dilan, Will,
Chris, Daid, and Kyle. There's a pretty good hill in between Will's and my
yard. We build a ramp at eh edge, so we'll flip onto the driveway. After
that, we have a snowball fight! Will's mom usually comes outside bringing us
hot chocolate, I like it when it snows!

When it snows, I like to.. throw snowballs at my sister because it is alot
of fun, school is hot fun except in recess. That way it is fun!!!!! and P.E.
is really fun too.

If I Were a Snow Flake I... would fall down on a sled and go down the hill
then I would turn into water and go into a plant I would evaporate and fall
down as a water droplet.

If I Were a Snow Flake I... want to be on the ground that caver with the
snow. Then someone used snow and I to make a snow ball. It would land
somebody shirt. Then I want to go to the house and melt the going up to the
cloud. Last thing is waiting for the next snow or rain and think about next
adventures.

Making snowmen is fun because you start with a tiny snowball and then you
role it so it gets big then bigger then bigger then BIGGER. Then you do it
again and agian.

When it Snows I like to... make snowfort's (or not) and have a snow ball
fight. I would also make a snowangel. A snowman with another snowman fight
would be fun to make because I could show what happened here like a snowman
getting hit on the back. My brother would be the one who would get hit with
a bunch of snowballs.

When it Snows, I like to... play in it. It feels nice to hear the crunching
sounds when I get up the next day I go see if theres more. I go outside if
theres more. Mostly there isn't. It is always fun to play in it.

When it Snows, I like to... invite a friend and play in the snow!! We make
snow balls and put them in plates and put maple syrup on the snow balls and
eat them as snow cones!! We eat them with spoons! After a while we go to the
kitchen and have hot chocolate with marshmellows. We also sometimes sit
close to the fire place.

Snow makes me... feel happy and cheerful. It makes me feel happy and
cheerful because I can make so muuch snowman! Also I can do snow-angels all
over the yard! I can also have lots of snow fall fights with my brother!
