I have been a teacher at Bells Mill for five years in both third and
fourth grades. While a stay-at-home mom for 13 years I discovered my love for
teaching children and started on my journey to become an elementary school
teacher. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education from the
University of Maryland at College Park.
I have two boys, Jake is a high school sophomore this year. He has
played several instruments in the school band, is a member of the JrROTC, and
loves to play baseball.
Josh is in his first year at York College in PA. He is an avid
baseball player and plans to pitch for York College. He loves snowboarding
and is a sports car enthusiast.
We are all proud owners of a rescued Labrador Mix, Romeo. Named after
the loving greeting he gave us when we first met him and the great
Shakespearean character. Romeo is now 6 years old and a constant source of
joy and laughter.
To create a classroom community in which learning is engaging and
relevant.
