In order for students to experience an environment conducive to learning, participation must be positive and constructive. I want to share my definition of the word, “participation.” Participation is the act of sharing knowledge by listening and responding to others in a respectful and constructive manner. This is done by interacting with the teacher, the entire class, a small group, or a single partner while following classroom and school rules.
I embrace the challenge to provide an environment conducive to learning for all of my students at all times.
