I am a proud father of two wonderful sons, Sam and Sean. Sam is a student at
Mt.Hebron High and Sean is a student at Patapsco Middle School.
I have completed a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in American Studies with a
concentration in Psychology from UMBC
I am currently completing a Graduate Degree in Curriculum Design and
Supervision at McDaniel College.
My mission is for every student to be successful and for everyone to respect
each other's right to be successful.
When talking to my sons, not only do I ask how well they are doing in school
but are they allowing other students to be successful as well.
It is a common phrase of some students with behavior problems to say, "but I
did my work, Mr. Waller." These students are rationalizing that it is ok to
be disruptive as long as they are completing their work. Please help me to
help them understand that this behavior is destructive to the learning
environment of the entire class,
Ask your sons and daughters, are they working and behaving the best they can?
