What is a documentation sheet?

A record of how often you read and when you read. Your parents sign when you
start and when you end and due dates are given in advance. You must have
your documentation sheet and your book with you at all times. Spot checks
will occur in class and these spot checks are worth points. If a student
looses their documentation sheet make a homemade one as soon as possible and
let Mrs. Fader know during class.

How can I get a Dig Deep?

EASY! Just complete an assignment at a higher level than you have in the

to some Folly Quarter Dollars ( I wish it was M&Ms)

What is the difference between Challenge Reading and Devolopmental?

Challenge reading students are expected to be reading two years above grade
level. One way this can be determined is by scoring "advanced" on the MSA or
scoring a stanine of 7 or higher on the Degrees of Reading Power test given
byyour child's raeding teacher. Another factor is work ethic. Students
should be able to write well developed BCRs and ECRs.Often Challenge readng
students are always reading, whether they have been assigned a book by the
teacher or not.If you want to know whether or not your child belongs in
challenge reading pleasecontact me and I will be more than happy to talk
with you.
