Mr. Walker has worked for Baltimore City Public Schools for over 40 years. He built the computer lab
from scratch, moved it to is current location and has maintained it for the last 12 years.
In AppleWorks the students will learn the "tools", how to make impressive flyers and invitations, and
create projects containing pictures and text for their other classes.
In Kids Animation Maker the students will create the "Ball Bounce", the rotating "Color Wheel", then
make an original creation in "Free Animation" where the only limit is the creativity of the student.
In HyperStudio and PowerPoint the students will learn the presentation program with audio, video,
pictures, and many "bells and whistles".
The best of the best students will serve as photographers, guides for special visitors, and/or serve
on the Memory Book staff.
