ALGEBRA II
The chapter on Quadratic Functions has been divided into 3 units.
The first part includes the following sectioins
(5.1) Graphing quadratic functions in vertex and standard forms
Changing from veretex to standard form
(5.5) Change from standard form to vertex form by completing the square
(5.2) Solve quadratic equations by completing the square.
The test on these sections is scheduled for:
4B 12/8
4A 12/9
PreCalculus
This week we will complete the unit on graphing. we have a quiz on Wednesday
on modeling word prob lems using given data.
the project, which will be the assessment for the chapter is due on or
befopre Friday, Dec. 4th. Late projects will not be accepted.
on Thursday we will begin the unit on Trig eguations, involving lots of
Algebra skills.
