Mrs. Jan Bornstein is excited to join the counseling staff at Howard High
School. A resident of Howard County, Mrs. Bornstein begins her 22nd year of
service in the Howard County Public School System in 07-08. She looks
forward to working on a comprehensive counseling program designed to meet
the needs of the Howard High School Community. Mrs. Bornstein's caseload
includes students in grades 10-12, M-R. Parents and students are invited to
