USING THESE BOTH IN THE CLASSROOM AND AT HOME. STUDENTS SHOULD KEEP THESE IN
THEIR ENGLISH NOTEBOOK. WE WILL BE USING THESE IN CLASS ON TUESDAYS AND
THURSDAYS!
EXTENDED DAY APPLICATIONS FOR ACADEMIC HELP ARE AVAILABLE IN MY ROOM. PLEASE

Students must type or use pen for all written work.
NASAQAC - Neatness and Spelling and Quality Always Count!!
ALL STUDENTS RECEIVE GRADE SHEETS AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MARKING PERIOD.
THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WRITING THEIR GRADES ON THESE AS WORK IS RETURNED TO
THEM. THESE ARE FILED IN THE FRONT OF THEIR ENGLISH NOTEBOOK.
Homework policy for my classes -
Homework is due on the due date. Students who do not hand in homework
on the due date, may hand work in one day late for up to half credit.
If students are legally absent on the day the work is collected, they
may hand the work in for up to full credit on the day they return to
school. All work is to be written in blue or black ink or typed on the
computer. Students should put their name, date, and class period in the
upper right hand corner.

Writing contest sponsored by The Baltimore Science Fiction Society - students
can get applications and details from me. Deadline March 31, 2010
First place - $150.00 Second place - $100.00 Third place - $75.00
I am available after school for any students who need extra help or
support. The best times are Tuesday and Thursday from 2:15-3:00. Please
let me know ahead of time in case I have other meetings scheduled during that
time.
