Does my child need a calculator?

yes, a regular scientific calculator will do.

How do i find out how my child is doing in class?

Ask your child because grades are posted in the classroom by an assigned ID#
If your child is not telling you their grade after you have asked them a 
number of times then please contact me.

How often do they have homework?

Every night in two parts:
written assignment
review or study of past material or example for upcoming tests or quizzes.

what should i do if my child needs help in class?

Come after school for help from Mr. Crouse. i am here monday to thursday 
after school for help from 2:15-245. All i ask is that they tell me they are 
coming before end of school. Tuesdays are just for Geometry students.
Request NHS tutor.
Ask another student,mom,dad,brother,sister

what is the grading policy?

When can i make up work?

missed quizzes and tests need to be made up after school and need to be 
scheduled by you. Make sure you come in prepared for the quiz or test.

Being absent the class before a test or quiz doesnt excuse you from taking 
it on the scheduled day with the rest of the class.
