What is the Crossroads program?

Crossroads is a program designed to give students academic and
behavioral support needed to achieve success in school.

What kinds of services are provided?

frequent monitoring of student progress, regular contact with students'
teachers, feedback to parents on their child's progress, some in-class or
pull-out academic support, goal-setting, collaboration with teachers regarding
student behavior, designing and implementing behavior plans when necessary,
crisis intervention

How does a student get into the Crossroads program?

Students are typically referred by teachers through the Student Support Team
(SST).  When students are not meeting with success, have failing grades in
core classes, repeated discipline referrals, and all other interventions have
been attempted, without success, a student will be considered for the
Crossroads program.
